Proposed 3 Blocks of Serviced Apartment Various From 25 Storey to 35 Storey at Kajang, Selangor. The proposed is located at Taman Kajang Utama, Bandar Kajang, Selangor DE and land size is approximately 4 acres. The proposed consist of 3 blocks of 566 units serviced apartment on top of 6 storey of elevated car park floors. The concern on delivery of the project, the client decided to adopt modular system construction.
