The Structural Engineering team combines their experience in design of building structures for various construction methodologies. We have experience in design of high-rise buildings, governmental buildings, industrial buildings, factory buildings, hospitals, hypermarkets, and shop houses. The construction methodologies from these projects have meant that different construction types are required in design. The projects that have used concrete construction have utilised, conventional beam and column, shear wall, and prestressed slab methodologies. For large span buildings, the team are experienced in design of long span steel trusses.

International experience is also a strength in Hacent Consultant. We have designed for structures in the Middle East, Asia, and Australia regions. This includes earthquake prone regions, which with the latest engineering software, has meant that we are able to design for earthquake Zones 1 to 4 in the UBC97 code.

We have expertise in the powerful finite element analysis software SAP 2000 & ETABS. This enables us to design for odd shaped buildings, high rise buildings, and earthquake prone regions. Utilising this we are able to design a cost effective and structurally sound building.
