Hacent had appointed by SP Setia Berhad to carry out revised Cum value engineering for the Proposed 3 block SOHO, which is consists of 38 storey Small Office Home Office at Setia Alam, Selangor. Hacent manage to review the overall design by providing effective structural elements for shear wall, overall slab thickness and transfer beam.
