Hacent had appointed by Ecoworld Berhad to carry out revised Cum value engineering for the Proposed 3 block Apartment & Commerical Block, which are consists of 38 storey Apartment at Jalan Kuching, Selangor. Hacent manage to review the overall design by providing effective structural elements for shear wall, overall slab thickness and transfer beam. The design found that most of the structural elements provided by the structural engineer are effective except few column under provided load, some slab have provided more steel reinforcement bar & concrete thickness than the necessary and few beams provided insufficient reinforcement steel bar and beam size.
